EU projects
Software602 is active in research and technical development at both the national and international level. 602XML technology found its place in several significant projects funded by the EU.
- Workpad
Software602 takes part in the Workpad project of the EU 6th IST framework program. The project aims at designing and developing an innovative software infrastructure (software, models, services, etc.) for supporting collaborative work of human operators in emergency/disaster scenarios.
- Eureka
The XML FED (XML For Elderly and Disabled) is an Eureka project coordinated by Software602. It uses the 602XML technology for development of efficient tools, which should enable eye handicapped persons or seniors to effectively communicate with public authorities by means of intelligent XML forms with integrated voice technology (TTS).
- Legese
Software602 is a partner of eParticipation pilot project LEGESE initiated by he European Parliament. Project, which is operated in cooperation with two other European companies, aims to ease orientation of citizens in European legislation.
- DVI – Disaster Victim Identification
602XML smart forms ready to help Czech police experts to identify victims of a mass disaster.
- eParticipate
eParticipate is an eTen project helping to initially deploy the operational Public-i webcasting services to 10 municipalities across 8 European countries. The aim of this project is to broaden the participation of citizens in their local democracy by viewing their local council meetings, both live and from webcast archives.
